Bill Leather became a partner with Dale Fallu Solicitors in 1989, taking on the role of Legal Practitioner Director when the firm merged with McMillan Kelly Thomas Lawyers to form Fallu McMillan Lawyers in 2016. 

Boasting 40 years’ experience, Bill practices in the areas of commercial and residential conveyancing, criminal law, family law, leasing, and wills and estates. 

Bill has been an active member of or legal advisor to numerous local organisations including Challenge Employment and Training, Ipswich Young Employed People of Ipswich, Legal Aid review committee, Legal Aid mediation and dispute resolution program, Itel, Southeast Queensland Fishing Association, and the Rotary Club of Ipswich City.   

He has been a proud Ipswich local for the past 30 years. 

Bill holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland.
