Wills & Estates Lawyer

Fallu McMillan Lawyers is a boutique law firm located in the heart of one of Queensland’s fastest growing regions. We’ve been trusted by the Ipswich community for over 85 years and are known for providing exceptional client service across commercial law, wills and estate planning, conveyancing, injury and compensation law, criminal law and family law matters. 

As our client base grows, so does our team. We are currently looking for a Wills and Estates Lawyer. Your role will be located within our Ipswich office, with on-site parking and within walking distance to Ipswich Courts. 

You will possess an ability to manage multiple caseloads and possess strong advocacy and organisational skills. 

Core responsibilities: 

·      Provide professional assistance to Directors as required 

·      Obtain instructions from clients 

·      Attendances to all Court and Mediated Conferences

·      Draft legal documentation 

·      Undertake Research 

·      Provide exceptional client advice
