Michael Kelly has been a proud member of the Fallu McMillan Lawyers team since 2004, when he joined McMillan Kelly Thomas Lawyers. In July 2016, Fallu McMillan Lawyers was born, through a merger between Dale Fallu Solicitors and McMillan Kelly Thomas Lawyers. 

While Michael has practised in many areas of law, he is primarily focused on criminal law, commercial law, real estate transactions and succession planning. 

A proud Ipswich local and Ipswich Grammar School old boy, Michael devotes a considerable amount of time giving back to his local community. He is involved with the District Law Association, is a founding board member of Swich On Inc, and is a board member of the Seed Foundation Australia and Jets Rugby League Football Club.  

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Laws from QUT.
